hypotheses of Homans

George Caspar Homans formulated his five hypotheses on the "luck", and still apply it as unanswerable. Actually, there are indeed no "chance hypotheses" because they end after a certain quasi-saturation phase in the "misfortune".
From 1 to 3 we are still happy! be from 4 to 5, we are always unhappy and then finally frustrated and aggressive, which we again paradoxically, even "happy" makes ... ?

first Success hypothesis: the more frequently enters a reward, the greater the likelihood that the person performs a certain action.

second Stimulus hypothesis: When was accompanied in the past, a certain action by certain stimuli, which were rewarded, then a person will perform the more likely this action again.

third Value hypothesis: The more valuable the reward, the more likely a person will perform a certain action.

4th Deprivation and satiation hypothesis: The more a person has received a reward, the less valuable it is for each additional unit of reward.

5th Frustration-aggression hypothesis: If an act is not sufficiently rewarded, punished or is even expected, then a person angry. In anger aggressive behavior, the results are rewarding.
