I've yet smooth yesterday the tag "dirty" because I do not one of the five mindfulness trainings, but I was conscious, had applied, "In wrath thou shalt be silent" (not the exact wording). I let myself be carried away to a comment which I did only because I was annoyed. Although I already had the "Buddhist toned-down form" elected :-), it was enough to break a huge quarrel. mitigated Buddhist is because I would have cut a few months with the club on it :-) Well, as I had noticed that something goes wrong, I really have with all the rest and all medium still trying to keep the military in check but it was too late.
Well, I felt immediately, causing negative energy. If I had just withdrawn, breathed deeply and my answer, at least once routed to the next day, it would not come with absolute safety of a dispute. I would have probably written the next day not even the answer. For me this was very educational and it shows you really need to live mindfully and in difficult situations, simply hold to certain principles of mindfulness, can be avoided by much.
I am a very proud Man and therefore I found it very difficult but if the result of my foolish pride cost me so much nervous, then I'll work on it out of pride to make modesty.
